Profile Optimization Design a high-quality custom LinkedIn banner Refresh and enhance profile picture (editing/retouching as needed) Update and optimize LinkedIn headline for clarity, positioning, and discoverability Rewrite and enhance the “About” section for strong personal branding 2. Content Bank (Thought Leadership) Create12 high-quality, niche-focused posts per month Ensure posts align with my industry, tone, and growth goals Build a consistent narrative that positions me as a thought leader 3. Organic Growth Implement LinkedIn-approved organic strategies to growrelevant, targeted followers Monitor insights to ensure follower quality and relevance 4. Diversified Networking Send connection requests across three key segments: ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Engagers (people who interact with my content) Niche peers and industry-aligned profiles 5. Engagement Growth Actively engage (likes, comments) on relevant posts to expand reach Manage engagement on my posts to sustain momentum and visibility 6. Post Boosting Use ethical tools, tactics, and network strategies to boostlikes, comments, and overall visibility Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for optimal resultsIdeal Candidate Profile Proven experience managing and growing personal brands on LinkedIn Strong copywriting & storytelling skills Understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, analytics, and growth levers Ability to design compelling visual assets (banner, minor photo edits) Experience in thought-leadership content creation Highly organized and consistent with weekly deliverablesHow to Apply Please share: Examples of LinkedIn profiles you’ve optimized Proof of growth metrics achieved for past clients 2–3 sample posts you’ve written for similar industry clients Your monthly/3-month engagement rate and pricing Provide a 3 month KPI for your services
