We are looking for MEP Managers for Project Budgets and quantification activities with relevant experience of more than 10 yrs as listed in the job role below -


Job Role -

1. Workout MEP budgets & estimation with MEP guidance from MEP Head. Update Budgets on periodic basis

2 Review/ Preperation of Tender BOQ's

3 Support in Variation orders/ Change management

4. Jointly streamline MEP specifications and explore alternative systems. Participate in Value engg.

5. Approval of shop drawings, approval of specifications, etc.

6. Involved in review of MEP DBR and check Infra requirement and space provisions based on the Arch Concept.

7. Study of Services Drgs. Verify the MEP infra Drgs.

8. Participate in Procurement strategy of MEP packages.- including DG, Panels, STP, WTP , Cable TV, Telephone data etc.

9. Participate in Vendor Development for MEP related items

10. Co-ordination with execution for MEP Services installation.

11. Liaise with CRM/CAM team for warrantee of MEP related issues.


Technical & Functional Skills:

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge & experience in Quantity Surveying & Estimation, Analysis of Rates, Cost monitoring, reviewing Budgets, preparing Change Orders, preparing MIS reports. Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad & IS codes for mode of measurements.
