We are a fast-growing SaaS company developing a cutting-edge booking engine and pricing management platform for hotels. Our mission is to simplify hotel management and maximize revenue by integrating with OTAs and providing dynamic pricing strategies. To further scale our business, we are looking for a highly driven Sales Head with deep experience in the hotel industry.
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the hotel industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel software, competitive strategy, and the unique pain points that hotel owners face. You will be responsible for driving business growth through partnerships with hotels, software demonstrations, and industry connections.
This is a profit/equity sharing position, offering you the opportunity to share in the success of the business you help build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for our hotel booking engine and dynamic pricing platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, including owners, general managers, and operations teams.
- Understand the unique pain points of hotel operations (e.g., dynamic pricing challenges, OTA dependencies, booking management) and present tailored solutions.
- Lead software demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings based on market feedback.
- Develop a strong network within the hotel industry to leverage new opportunities.
- Establish competitive positioning by understanding hotel strategies and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel software sales or hotel management with strong ties to the industry.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, pain points, and competitive strategies.
- Strong track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work on a profit/equity sharing basis.
