The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, integrations, and custom applications that drive business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation.Ensure platform stability, performance, and best-practice coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills:3–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Glide APIs.Experience with Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good to Have:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification.Experience in domain separation, CMDB, or custom app development.📩 Interested candidates can apply or share profiles at deepika.balijepally@eminds.ai.
