Job Summary: The Sales Engineer at Faraday Ozone will play a critical role in driving the sales process by leveraging both technical expertise and sales acumen. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of ozone technology to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

oIdentify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Technical Consultation:

oProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

oUnderstand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

oPrepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Solution Design and Proposal:

oCollaborate with the engineering team to design tailored ozone system solutions.

oDevelop and present detailed proposals and quotations to customers.

oAddress customer technical queries and concerns.

Customer Support and Training:

oProvide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

oConduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance.

oTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Collaboration and Coordination:

oWork closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment.

oParticipate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

oGather customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water/air treatment and related industries.

•Strong technical background and understanding of water treatment.

•Strong proficiency in preparing PowerPoint presentations is essential.

•Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
