Job Summary:

The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to foster a positive work environment, promote company culture, and drive initiatives that improve employee engagement.


Employee Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to drive strategic changes and enhancements.


Program Development:

  • Design and oversee programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and professional development.
  • Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation activities.


Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication channels.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives and company updates.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on best practices for employee engagement.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on engagement metrics and trends.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement.
  • Continuously assess and refine engagement strategies to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with engagement tools and technologies is a plus.


Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.


Preferred immediate joiners

People with internship experience can apply.

Internship for six months subject to conversion to full time based on performance.
