You will drive our product vision across critical modules, including Search, Employees, Users, Roles & Permissions, Customer & Vendor Management modules. As a senior leader, you will champion collaboration and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer centric solutions.Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmapfor Search, User Management, Roles & Permissions, Customer & Vendor Management modules. Identify problems & opportunitiesby deeply understanding user needs Collaborate cross-functionallywith Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other product teams Lead a teamof product managers, providing mentorship, guidance, coaching, and professional development. Drive technical discussionsand decisions: define workflows, work closely with engineering on API & system architecture design. Build and ship features using the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) process,from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs. Define, analyze and communicate metricsto measure product success and inform decision-making Represent the product visioninternally and externally; influence at leadership and peer level Drive continuous improvementsaround product and process, championing a customer-first mentality Ensure product requirements are clear, actionable, and in line with company’s business goalsRequirements 10+ yearshands-on product management experience building SaaS products (preferably in B2B space). Demonstrated experiencebuilding and shipping features end-to-end using structured PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) methodologies . Deep experience designing and improving modules in: Search & Discovery Employees, Users, Roles & Permissions Customer and Vendor ManagementStrongtechnical acumen : solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform components. Proven ability toinfluence and collaborateacross engineering, design, and business teams. Track record ofhiring, managing, and mentoringproduct managers or cross-functional product teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to transform problems into solutions and ship products that delight end-users Shipped features to improve product implementation velocity Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).Preferred Skills Experience with complex enterprise SaaS platforms at scale Background in PLG (Product Led Growth) environments Familiarity with best-in-class product discovery and design thinking approaches.
