Qualification: CA or MBA Key Responsibilities:- Understanding of portfolio company business- Track portfolio company performance- Monitor investment compliance and key financial metrics- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management and stakeholders- Track fund flows, capital deployment, and cash balances- Highlight underperformance or deviations to Fund management team- Oversee daily operations of Portfolio Companies- Ensure adherence to internal investment guidelines and regulatory requirements- Maintain complete documentation for all investments and transactions- Assist in execution and documentation of new investments- Provide operational support during investment evaluation and due diligence- Maintain investment trackers, data rooms, and dashboardsSkills:- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS/reporting tools- At least 1-2 years experience in business analysis & MIS role (ref:iimjobs.com)
