Job responsibilities: - Engage with customers and business users to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs. - Execute and Co-develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cobrand cards in alignment with company goals and market demands - Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization , including engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products and solutions to customers. - Collaborate and jointly develop the requirements and use cases with external partner teams and act as primary subject matter expert for Chase teams on those requirements - Drive the product development lifecycle based on Cobrand product roadmap, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement - Ensure the Card platform complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards for security and data protection. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends - Assist in develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, release planning and promotional plans, in collaboration with the marketing team. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 9+ years of product management experience - Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence and partner / collaborate to drive cross-functional teams without authority - Applying design thinking (client journey, UX / UI, moments of truth) and comfortable explaining target state customer experiences to stakeholders and technology teams through wireframes and mockups. - Strong understanding of APIs, Business process automation, payment processing, and card issuance technologies. Proven work experience on Digital web/mobile, API based applications on public cloud, Data analytics - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear structure and clarity. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a equivalent engineering field.
