If you are passionate about denim, strong in analytics, and thrive on operational excellence, we’d love to meet you.---Key Responsibilities✔Production Planning & CoordinationPlan and monitor production across all stages to ensure on-time delivery of quality denim.Prepare accurate delivery timelines and coordinate with the sales/marketing teams.Anticipate delays and execute timely corrective actions.✔Yarn & Fabric ReconciliationCalculate warp-sheet lengths for sizing.Reconcile yarn vs. fabric for job-work deliveries.Assess weft consumption as per quality standards.Identify and report variances between actual vs. standard consumption.✔Finishing & Quality PlanningEnsure greige sorts are processed correctly into their respective finish sorts.Improve finishing throughput and alignment with customer requirements.✔ERP & Data AnalysisWork extensively on Excel (advanced formulas) and ERP systems.Optimize production scheduling, resource utilization, and material flow through data-driven insights.✔Raw Material ManagementMaintain yarn requirement planning.Raise and track requisitions.Coordinate with procurement and management for timely material availability.---Who We’re Looking For✅ Textile Graduate with 5–8+ years of experience in a denim manufacturing mill✅ Expert in Excel (advanced formulas) & ERP systems✅ Strong analytical skills to track and optimize material consumption✅ Excellent coordination & communication abilities✅ Ability to foresee delays, manage timelines proactively, and take corrective action---Why Join Syama Denims?Be a part of a company that blends innovation, craftsmanship, and technology to create the finest denim fabrics.
