The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and lead the maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the operational efficiency of machinery, supervising maintenance personnel, planning schedules for routine checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.Package:The package for this position is 3 -4 lakhs Per annum / CTCQualificationsProficiency in Plastic Film Extrusion Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniquesBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related fieldPrior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry is a plusAbility to work shifts.
