Description :Job Title : Generative AI (Gen AI) LeadExperience Level : 12+ YearsJob Summary :We are looking for an experienced and visionary Generative AI Lead to spearhead our efforts in leveraging generative AI technologies to drive innovation and business transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI models, such as GPT, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, and a proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions. You will lead a team of AI specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment of generative AI applications across the organization.Key Responsibilities :1. Strategic Leadership :- Define and execute the organization's generative AI strategy in alignment with business goals.- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI to solve business challenges and create value.2. AI Model Development and Deployment :- Lead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, image generation models).- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of generative AI solutions in production environments.3. Innovation and Research :- Stay at the forefront of advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.- Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and applications for generative AI.4. Team Leadership :- Build and lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and career development opportunities for team members.5. Collaboration :- Partner with business units, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored generative AI solutions.- Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and data availability.6. Governance and Ethics :- Establish best practices for the ethical use of generative AI, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.- Promote responsible AI usage and mitigate risks associated with generative AI technologies.7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization :- Monitor the performance of generative AI models and continuously optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI systems.Qualifications :Education :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.Experience :- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years focused on generative AI technologies.- Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT), image generation models (e.g., DALL-E, Stable Diffusion), or similar technologies.- Proven track record of deploying generative AI solutions in real-world applications.Skills :- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Certifications (Optional) :- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer).Key Competencies :- Strategic thinking and innovation mindset.- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Passion for exploring and applying cutting-edge AI technologies.
