The ideal candidate will possess strong connections with HR Heads, Employee & Benefits Managers, Wellness Heads, brokers, insurance companies, and senior corporate leaders. This role requires a highly skilled communicator, negotiator, and business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Employee & Benefits Managers, Wellness Heads, brokers, insurance companies, and senior corporate leaders to drive sales and expand business within the diagnostic services sector.- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with corporates and insurance companies to offer diagnostic services that meet employee wellness and benefits needs.- Broker Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with brokers and third-party intermediaries, ensuring successful partnerships that help to grow the business.- Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to senior stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and unique value proposition of our diagnostic solutions.- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service terms with corporate clients, brokers, and insurance companies to establish mutually beneficial agreements.- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed reports and forecasts using Excel and other tools to track performance.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment between sales strategies, product offerings, and client needs.Qualifications and Skills:1.Proven experience in corporate sales, ideally within the diagnostic, healthcare, or related industries.2.Strong connections with HR Heads, Employee & Benefits Managers, Wellness Heads, brokers, and senior corporate decision-makers.3.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.4,Excellent negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing large corporate contracts.5.Proficiency in MS Excel.6.Solid understanding of corporate wellness programs and employee health benefits.7.Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and securing new business opportunities.8.Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.We prefer candidates from Diagnostics/Pharma domain (ref:iimjobs.com)
