We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.
About the Role: The Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive search process by conducting thorough secondary research, providing market insights, and delivering high-quality analysis to assist in identifying potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide valuable data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a primary & secondary research to gather relevant information about industries, companies, and leadership trends.
- Analyze market data to identify emerging trends and opportunities for executive search strategies.
- Prepare detailed research reports, market mapping, and industry insights to support the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide relevant information and analysis to aid in client identification and selection.
- Keep track of industry developments, competitor landscape, and executive movements.
- Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to senior consultants and clients.
- Continuously update databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 months to 6 months of experience in secondary research, preferably in the executive search or consulting industry.
- Strong proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present research findings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with research tools and databases relevant to executive search.
