Job Title: Founder’s Office – Project Coordinator (GMB & SEO)Company: SuperKreativesLocation: RemoteSalary: Up to ₹25,000 per monthTimings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Canadian Hours)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleSuperKreatives is looking for a proactive and fast-learning Project Coordinator to join the Founder’s Office.This role is ideal for someone who has 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, client coordination, or GMB/SEO tasks — especially in US or Canada-based projects.You will support the founder in managing the GMB & SEO pipeline, communicating with clients, coordinating tasks internally, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Coordination- Act as the main point of contact for GMB & SEO clients - Conduct check-ins, gather client requirements, and share regular updates - Maintain clear communication and ensure client expectations are metProject Coordination- Manage day-to-day GMB & SEO workflow - Create tasks, assign work to internal team members, and ensure timely delivery - Track progress, follow up with teams, and maintain project timelines - Maintain documentation, reports, and project trackersGMB & SEO Support Tasks(You don’t need to be an expert, but should understand basics)- Coordinate GMB listing updates, posting, review responses - Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO tasks, and content updates - Review deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clients - Ensure all work follows current Google guidelinesFounder’s Office Responsibilities- Work directly with the founder on strategic tasks - Provide status updates, insights, and performance reports - Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality - Be accountable, responsible, and solution-orientedRequirements- 6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing / GMB / SEO / project coordination - Experience handling US or Canada-based clients (mandatory) - Strong communication and coordination skills - Basic understanding of Google My Business & SEO - Quick learner with a proactive attitude - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Comfortable working in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shiftWhat We’re Looking For- Someone who wants to learn and grow quickly - Someone who can take ownership of tasks - Someone disciplined, organized, and strong in follow-ups - Someone who can support the founder and run the GMB/SEO workflows smoothlyWhat You’ll Get- Work closely with the founder - Learn end-to-end project management - Remote flexibility - Fast career growth - Salary up to ₹25,000/monthHow to ApplyInterested candidates can email their resume to:mukul@kreateable.net
