Just passionate people building spaces and careers that make an impact.Roles & Responsibilities:Design Conceptualization: Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.Space Planning: Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.Material Selection: Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision.Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.Site Supervision: visit project sites to monitor progress, as neededTrend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience for junior interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.How to Apply:Send your resume and portfolio to Designandbuilt.in@gmail.com
