Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven ERP Sales Manager to join our team. This on-site role requires a candidate with proven experience in ERP sales in US Market, particularly Odoo, and a strong background in handling B2B enterprise clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to support clients in their digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to build a high-quality sales pipeline.- Understand client requirements and present tailored Odoo ERP solutions through demos and product walkthroughs.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitch, proposal creation, to deal closure for US Market- Work closely with the technical and functional team to ensure client needs are accurately captured and implemented.- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.- Keep abreast of Odoo product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain ahead in the market.- Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.Required Qualifications:- MBA in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.- Minimum of 4+ years experience in ERP sales in US Market, specifically Odoo.- Proven track record in B2B and enterprise-level software sales.- Experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation systems.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of the Odoo ecosystem and applications.- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client solutions.Odoo Certification preferred.Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):- Odoo Partner/Functional Certification- PMP, Scrum, or Agile Project Management Certification (ref:iimjobs.com)
