Expertise in application onboarding to PingFederate with multiple protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and configuration processes. Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication mechanisms, and integrations across different tools and products. Provide support for PingFederate-related issues such as authentication failures, integration errors, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions. Perform operational activities including certificate renewals, implementation in production, environment testing after POCs, and independently solving complex operational problems. Hands-on knowledge of Postman and Swagger for API testing and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards across IAM environments.
