About the Role:
- Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the advertising industry? BrandonWheelz is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing new clients and fostering strong relationships with existing ones.
- You will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, exceeding sales targets, and expanding our brand presence across your assigned Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and utilize effective prospecting techniques to identify and target high-potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business opportunities.
Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Proactively assess and address client advertising needs, tailoring customized transit media solutions to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Sales & Proposal Development:
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the unique benefits and ROI of BrandonWheelz's transit media advertising solutions.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized advertising campaigns that align with specific client requirements.
Performance & Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, providing insightful data on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in transit media advertising, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising industry, with a proven track record of success in transit media advertising, digital media sales, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently articulate the value proposition of transit media to clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at securing win-win outcomes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive approach to sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the local advertising market in your assigned region and a strong network of potential clients are highly desirable
