ROLE:

The Senior Adobe Target Developer is tasked with deploying, managing, and optimizing Adobe Target to enhance all product brand experiences across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy:

  • Evaluate current digital marketing strategies and identify opportunities for enhancement through Adobe Target’s capabilities.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to integrate personalization strategies into broader campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand message.
  • Operational:
  • Build and manage a robust Adobe Target environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and responsiveness to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Create and oversee the creation and implementation of detailed personalization and optimization plans across various digital assets.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Target with other systems, such as CMS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms, for a unified marketing approach.
  • Execute complex Adobe Target activities, including audience segmentation, targeting, and trigger-based personalization tactics.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience with a strong emphasis on Adobe Target development in a high-traffic, enterprise-level environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in successfully deploying Adobe Target to power complex product brand experiences, having worked with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in configuring, administering, and operating Adobe Target to create and execute multi-channel campaigns, including web, email, and mobile.

ROLE:

The Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics Lead Developer is a technical expert role responsible for leading the development and implementation of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target solutions. This role involves deep technical knowledge and the ability to architect, design, and customize Adobe solutions to fit business needs and objectives. The Lead Developer will ensure the robust and scalable deployment of Adobe's marketing tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and personalized user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy:

  • Define the strategic direction for the development and integration of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics within the organization’s technical stack and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and IT teams to enhance online consumer experiences through targeted content and data analytics.
  • Spearhead the strategic employment of Adobe Target for content optimization, aligning with user behaviour insights derived from Adobe Analytics.
