SAP Basis Senior Consultant

What You'll Do :

As an SAP Basis Senior Consultant, you will :

- Lead and guide consultants as well as client personnel implementing SAP Basis

- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions

- Design, develop, and configure SAP Basis functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules

- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports

- Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct training as required

- Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

What We're Looking For :

- A Minimum of eight years of end-to-end SAP Basis implementation experience

- Expertise in SAP Basis with at least 3 full-lifecycle implementation projects

- Experience leading the installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting components like ERP, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, Portal, PI, Solution Manager etc. in both UNIX and Windows environments on various databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc. a plus

- Team-lead experience

- Experience with planning and leading implementation workshops

- Knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile

- Knowledge of S/4 HANA

- Flexibility and adaptability - our Senior Consultants work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles

- Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)

- Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office

- Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations

- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
