With a strong presence in India and expanding global markets like the US and UAE, we are building a purpose-driven brand backed by quality, innovation, and community.Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Amazon. Should have hands-on experience with Amazon’s advertising platforms and can create, execute, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.This role requires strong analytical, operational, and marketing skills with hands-on experience in handling Amazon Seller Central.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Ads of Amazon India, UAE & US accounts (Seller Central) and other markeplaces. Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, DSP) to maximize ROI. Track and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activities. Advertising Benchmarks & KPIs. Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals to boost sales and improve rankings. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure ads are aligned with product listings and promotions. Stay updated with Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm updates.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central (India & International markets preferred). Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns and listing optimization. Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
