  • As Business Leader & Thought Partner o Bring a consultative and business solutions approach to Digital Strategy, CX, Commerce and MarTech Consulting.
  • Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions:
  • Ability to think through business problems and make actionable recommendations through assessment & solutioning
  • Develop contextual POVs and solutions with a Digital-first approach (Revenue & Cost Propositions)
  • Serve as an industry expert by developing and creating industry points of view for the industries we operate in.
  • Build consulting/implementation roadmap for downstream consulting revenue streams with our existing and new clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing specific business solutions, support, information, and guidance to meet their business objectives.
  • Maintain & nurture client relationships (CXO, SVP, VP, Director - Level relationships).
  • Work closely with the sales, presales and BD teams across regions to create consulting approach proposals to acquire new clients.
  • As a Consultant create valid business case and strategic transformation roadmaps.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics, business value proposition and complexities of implementation to develop strategic roadmap for clients o Functional hands-on experience on CX, Commerce & MarTech strategy.
  • Build Biz/Digital Strategy & Point of views on client requirements & market landscape.
  • Provide Digital, data, tech, commerce, and marketing-specific solutions to enable CX transformation in the Digital, eCommerce and MarTech space
  • Be the clients’ strategic partner in creating a detailed analysis of their the current ‘As-Is’ state to a “to-be” state. (Baseline -> Benchmark -> Optimize)
  • Understand and identify their business processes and ecosystem to identify gaps, vulnerabilities to develop a logical transformation roadmap
