You’ll be responsible for managing key retail accounts, building strong partnerships, and executing strategies that boost product availability, visibility, and profitability.Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with Modern Trade (MT) partners and retail chains. Drive sales targets, category growth, and profitability for assigned accounts. Plan and execute joint business plans (JBPs), trade promotions, and visibility initiatives. Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence. Ensure product availability, in-store branding, and planogram compliance. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. ✔️ 3–7 years of experience inFMCG / Modern Trade / Key Account Management. ✔️ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. ✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing MT accounts. ✔️ Passion for agri-based and sustainable food products is a plus.Why Join Us: Be part of a mission-driven company impacting millions of farmers.
