Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Lean & QualityThis role allows you to build and implement the digital transformation strategy/framework, provides an avenue to drive end-to-end solutions and demonstrate internal and external multi-function perspectives to customize solutions for our clientsResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities will include:Support the aligned teams in their Lean Journey for continuous improvement and operationalize the Lean ApproachIdentify process improvement opportunities by conducting VSM, Gemba and floor walksConduct Lean Action Workouts, Kaizen events together with Operations and CustomersCreate roadmaps for transformation and Lean Initiatives and work closely with Business Leaders for realization of the sameLeading and delivering Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customersWorking closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process defects, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organizationConducting Quality Awareness and Lean Trainings within the organizationPartner with Operations Leaders to drive Lean Agenda for the organizationQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications/Skills:Rich and relevant experience in Lean DomainDemonstrated expertise in client relations, multiple & complex stakeholder managementStrong Consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and ask the right questions to understand the business problem, analyze and provide meaningful insights.Problem solving skills with analytical bent of mindAbility to multitask with aggressive deadlinesProficiency with spoken and written EnglishInfluencing, Persuasion and presentation skillsProject management skillsGreen belt/ Black belt certifiedSource to pay/ Accounts payable domain experiencePreferred qualifications/SkillsRich relevant experience with increasing accountabilityHands on knowledge and certification in various improvement framework (LEAN)Expert level knowledge of various data collection and analysis toolsExperience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and operating model design using Lean.Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative approach with attention to details, ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasksWhy join Genpact?
