Job Description:


As a Lead Generation Executive at Technosip, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads in the US market for our IT products and services. You will utilize a combination of cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and market research to identify and qualify prospects. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that leads are properly nurtured and converted into valuable opportunities for the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound efforts such as cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within target industries in the US, with a focus on IT services, cloud solutions, and software development.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they meet Technosip’s ideal customer profile and are a good fit for our IT solutions and services.
  • Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to decision-makers, effectively communicate Technosip’s IT offerings, and schedule meetings or product demos.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), tracking interactions and progress.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and support the conversion of prospects into long-term clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on lead generation activities, continuously refining strategies to optimize lead quality and sales conversion rates.
  • Client Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads to maintain engagement and increase the likelihood of successful conversion.


Key Requirements:


  • US Market Experience: Must have prior experience in lead generation targeting the US market, with a strong understanding of US business dynamics, culture, and buyer behavior.
  • Experience Selling IT Products and Services: Must have direct experience selling IT products and services, such as cloud solutions, software development, IT consulting, or other technology-driven offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers in a consultative manner.
  • Proven Lead Generation Experience: 4+ years of experience in generating leads and developing business opportunities, particularly in the IT services or technology sector.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for lead management and reporting.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and qualify leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Results-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet lead generation and sales targets.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve company goals.


Preferred Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social selling techniques and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation platforms.
  • Knowledge of the IT services landscape, including cloud computing, enterprise software, and IT consulting services.
