This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own the growth marketing strategy, design scalable campaigns, and leverage analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Define and lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization- Retention & Lifecycle: Build and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, push, in-app, loyalty, referral programs) to improve retention, activation, and LTV.- Experimentation: Establish a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, landing pages, creatives, etc.) to unlock new growth levers.- Analytics & Insights: Use data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, segment audiences, and refine strategies.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Tech, Content, and Sales to align marketing efforts with business goals.- Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team.- Brand & Positioning: Work closely with brand marketing to balance short-term growth with long-term brand equity.Qualifications & Skills:- 8+ years of experience in growth product marketing with at least 3+ years in a - leadership role.- Proven track record of scaling user/customer growth in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and attribution tools.- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
