AI Generalist & Enablement Lead (Publishing) Location: On-site (Meerut or Noida) Department: Creative Services | Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for an AI Generalist & Workflow Trainer who can help our editorial, design, and marketing teams use generative AI effectively. This role focuses on training, workflow optimisation, and creative enablement, rather than software development. You will help modernise publishing processes through hands-on AI guidance. What You’ll Do AI Training & Enablement Conduct workshops on LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly). Build and maintain a Prompt Library for publishing workflows. Provide 1:1 coaching to editors and designers. Editorial & Content Support Train teams to use AI for structural critiques, plot development, summaries, and consistency checks. Develop workflows for AI-generated Editorial Style Sheets and manuscript analysis. Design & Visual Support Guide the art team on AI-assisted cover concepts, mood boards, and mock-ups. Train designers on AI tools for upscaling, outpainting, and asset refinement. Marketing & Metadata Use AI to create blurbs, Amazon descriptions, A+ content, and press releases. Build workflows for SEO-friendly metadata and keyword generation. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Publishing, Media, or Content Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and image generators (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly). Expertise in prompt engineering and iterative prompting. Training, mentoring, or workshop facilitation experience. Strong editorial sense and command of English.
