As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for building you team of RMs & overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring Advisors satisfaction. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with Advisors.QualificationsExperience in branch management and business development Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement business strategies Excellent relationship management skills Knowledge of wealth management products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the finance industry is a plus. Must have NISM V-A Certification.
