We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor & graphic designer to help bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.Responsibilities:Video Editing:Edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns.Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance storytelling.Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).Cut, trim, and enhance footage while maintaining brand aesthetics.Graphic Design:Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, banners, and presentations.Create engaging social media visuals and thumbnails.Maintain consistency with GreenCard Inc.'s brand identity.Collaboration & Optimization:Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop impactful visual content.Stay updated on design and social media trends to improve engagement.Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.Tools & Software Requirements:Own a system/laptop that can handle high-quality editing workflows.Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After EffectsGraphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, FigmaMotion Graphics & Animation: After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D (Bonus)Social Media & Content Creation: CapCut, VN, Descript (for subtitles)Project Management: Notion, ClickUp, Asana (Bonus)Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.Strong portfolio showcasing video and design projects.Ability to create engaging, fast-paced edits for social media.Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.A keen eye for detail and storytelling.Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.Why Join Open Venture?Be part of a purpose-driven company making a real impact.Work on exciting projects with creative freedom.Flexible work environment and professional growth opportunities.How to Apply:Send your resume and portfolio to marketing@openventure.com with your portfolio / Hiring Manager @Anu Sonia Ashok
