Mid-Tier Graphic Artist

We are looking for a talented Mid-Tier Graphic Artist to join our team and help elevate our visual presence across proposals, our website, and other marketing materials.

Job Summary: As a Mid-Tier Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and meet project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to produce graphics for proposals, website content, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging graphics for proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh visuals and layouts.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create and edit graphics.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to enhance overall visual communication.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in web design and knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional design software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.
