Our YouTube channel is live with RashtraGaatha, and we’re rolling out twelve original shows—animated series, on-field documentaries, studio formats, and feature specials. We pair research-first writing with cinematic craft, and we’re preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.The Role (hands-on) BuildAI-driven video shotsand enhancements for our episodes—historical moments, inserts, transitions. Break a creative brief into beats, choose the right tool (Kling/Midjourney/Runway/Pika),composite & polishcleanly, and deliver edit-ready assets that match our shows’ visual language. Collaborate closely with the Senior Editor, DoP, and Motion Graphics.What you’ll do Turn a creative brief into a conciseshot plan(beats, style, references). Create shots usingKling(text→video) andMidjourney(plates/look-dev); useRunway/Pikafor quick video transforms or masked edits. Composite & finishinAfter Effects / Resolve: masks/roto, tracking, light color-match, grain/blur, subtle motion. Deliveredit-ready files(ProRes or PNG sequence with alpha if needed) at project FPS, with a shortprompt/settings note. Keep project folders and versions tidy for painless handoff. Must-haves 2–4 yearsin VFX/AI/post with a reel ofAI video shots(not just stills). Practical experience withKling + Midjourney, plusRunway or Pikafor fast iterations. SolidAfter Effectsskills (mask/roto/track) and workingResolve/Fusionbasics. Good eye for color/texture and matching generated shots to live footage. Organized, on-site inVashi. Nice-to-haves SDXL/ComfyUI (for higher control/consistency), Topaz/Flowframes, basic match-move or SFX sweetening. Interest in Indian history/culture and responsible use of archival material.
