About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across SAP implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies and enterprise project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and tight timelines.This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT Responsibilities Planning & Execution :- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.- Monitor and track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.- Oversee end-to-end execution from initiation to closure across SAP Management :- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams.- Facilitate regular status meetings with sponsors, executives, and teams to communicate updates and manage expectations.- Ensure that all stakeholder requirements are captured, understood, and effectively Leadership & Collaboration :- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (including SAP functional and technical consultants, developers, and business analysts).- Ensure alignment of project goals, roles, and responsibilities across departments.- Promote collaboration and maintain a positive team dynamic throughout the project & Issue Management :- Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early.- Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines.- Maintain issue logs and escalate critical concerns to leadership as & Resource Management :- Manage project financials, including estimation, budgeting, and cost tracking.- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficiency and productivity.- Track utilization and performance of internal and external & Skills :- 8- 10+ years of project management experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and how they interconnect in enterprise environments.- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management :- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.- Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP rollouts or global implementations.- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus.
