Experience working within Operational Resilience, Risk, Technology, or Controls monitoring. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and strategies. Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact business continuity. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and work with various departments and stakeholders to enhance resilience. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders.Behaviours Ability to think strategically and align resilience to wider organisational objectives and priorities. Ability to maintain an execution focus to deliver at pace, on budget and on time. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of all processes. Passion for innovation and driving change. Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all actions and decisions.Management of Risk Proactive management of delivery and operating model risk; leveraging insight and support from across the business to translate and communicate this risk in business terms. Responsible for the continual assessment of operational and workforce risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructuring and the impact of new technology.
