Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, providing valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.
- Market Research: Assist in researching and analyzing industry trends and compensation data.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
