Role Description
As a BIM Architect (Scan to BIM), you will be responsible for executing Reality Capture and Digital Twin workflows, ensuring accurate representation of building elements. This role involves creating architectural models and construction drawings, collaborating with Field Engineering teams, and leveraging advanced Scan to BIM processes for complex structures such as Laboratories, Hospitals, and Airports.
Key Responsibilities
1.Perform Reality Capture and Digital Twin development, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
2.Convert Point Cloud/Laser Scan data into high-quality architectural Revit models.
3.Create and manage construction drawings with minimal supervision.
4.Develop custom Revit families as required for project delivery.
5.Conduct QA/QC reviews to maintain accuracy and adherence to standards.
6.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve complex challenges.
7.Implement and ensure compliance with company BIM strategies and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
1.Experience:
•2–3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling, including converting laser scans to Revit models.
•Proven expertise in generating accurate construction drawings and QA/QC processes.
2.Education:
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Demonstrated proficiency in:
•Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Revit.
•Reality Capture technologies and workflows.
•Custom Revit family creation and detailed architectural modeling.
2.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy in complex models and drawings.
