Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform development, configurations, and integrations. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, while adhering to Agile methodology to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and manage Salesforce system configurations and customization, including security models, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.


- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to ensure code coverage and system functionality.

- Perform data queries using SOQL and SOSL to build efficient and optimized solutions.

- Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

- Implement and optimize Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing settings, and permission sets.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Work within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development and system configurations.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills :

- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Flows.

- Strong experience in writing and managing Apex triggers and test classes.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce system configurations, including object customization, security settings, and data management.

- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and writing optimized queries for data retrieval.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce deployments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security features (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce PD1, PD2(optional).

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
