We're looking for a passionate Java Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help us build a scalable, real-time mobility infrastructure.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java + Spring Boot - Implement real-time APIs for location tracking (MQTT) - Build highly scalable services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run / Cloud SQL / Pub/Sub) - Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) - Implement secure authentication and role-based access - Integrate third-party services (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Push notifications) - Write clean, maintainable, testable code - Collaborate with Android, iOS, and frontend teamsRequirements:- 1–4 years of backend development experience - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, gRPC, REST APIs, WebSockets , Redis - Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) - Good understanding of microservices & distributed systems - Bonus: Experience with gRPC / MQTT / Maps / Realtime systems - Startup mindset, fast learner, and problem-solving attitudeWhat we offer:- Opportunity to build a high-impact mobility platform used daily by thousands - Work directly with founders (Developer + Designer team) - Ownership, responsibility, and fast growth - Friendly startup environment - Competitive salary
