Description : Responsibilities : - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reviewing/analyzing accounts and documents, ensuring appropriate treatment in line with established SOPs and processes.- Deliver accurate and high-quality final work products, including consolidated reports and responses for stakeholders.- Serve as a primary contact for designated processes, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and streamline team understanding.- Conduct quality checks (2nd/3rd level reviews) using sampling and other methods to ensure accuracy and compliance across processes.- Maintain MIS for assigned processes, ensuring effective work allocation, prioritization, and continuous improvement of efficiency.EDUCATION : Bachelor's or Master's FIELD OF STUDY: LLB (Law)EXPERIENCE : 5+ years CERTIFICATION(S) : Certification(s) requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES : - Good understanding of legal terminology- Exposure of US legal system and providing legal services- Ability to collaborate with offshore & onshore stakeholders (ref:iimjobs.com)
