The ideal candidate will have a strong background inend-to-end IT recruitment, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive hiring success.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Manage full-cycle IT recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding. Handleindividual hiring targetsalongside team management. Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche tech roles. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
