Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs.
  • Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration with third-party services.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Dusk.
