The role focuses on validating FHIR/HL7 JSON-based APIs , performing SQL testing on InterSystems IRIS, and ensuring compliance with healthcare interoperability and data security standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for FHIR/HL7 JSON in CDR GCP Validate data mapping, transformation, and compliance with healthcare standards (FHIR/HL7) Write and execute complex SQL queries on InterSystems IRIS for data validation Conduct API testing using Postman / SoapUI and contribute to automation where applicable Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and sprint ceremonies Ensure HIPAA and organizational compliance; document test results and defects to closure Required Skills: ✅ 7+ years QA experience in healthcare or related domains ✅ Strong knowledge of FHIR / HL7 standards and testing JSON payloads ✅ Advanced SQL skills with practical experience in InterSystems IRIS ✅ Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)✅ Familiarity with test management tools (Rally) and Agile methodologies ✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with GCP or other cloud healthcare platforms Exposure to ETL / pipeline / data validation testing 📩 IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (must be able to join within 1 week) — share your CV at tejashree.harish@ascendion.com 🚫 If you are NOT an immediate joiner, please do NOT apply for this role
