compliance initiatives. Familiarity with EHR systems and health information exchange (HIE)

standards.

Proficient in data analysis reporting and interpretation. Ability to use analytical software and

tools effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory

concepts to nontechnical stakeholders clearly.

Proven ability to identify compliancerelated challenges and develop effective solutions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Strong focus on accuracy and precision in compliance analysis and documentation.

Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and healthcare industry trends.
