About the team
Indore Enterprise team is aligned with Worldpay Enterprise Line of Business & manages Partner Portfolio of Tier 3 enterprise Instore, WPG partners & supports the UK Partner managers. The Sales support team member role is to provide support to UK partner managers for Tier 1 and 2 manage accounts.
Sales Support members also manages a portfolio of PSPs who have direct to acquiring accreditation with WP through our NAP platform, supporting them with new certification & transaction related queries through salesforce case management.
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for supporting day to day queries of the partner along with Partner managers.
- Prepare regular reports and updates as requested by the Partners managers.
- Joining partner calls along with Partner managers & providing regular updates to partners as per the requirement.
- Send Important communications related to scheme mandates, product upgrade etc. to partners and supporting partners in absence of partner managers.
- Keeping the Partner records updated on salesforce system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions to queries/issues raised by the partners.
- Utilizing the available tools and resource to accomplish the daily tasks with accuracy.
- Managing inbound calls and providing the necessary support to partner/merchants over the call.
- Handling the tasks assigned to the team and supporting the team to accomplish the tasks within SLA.
- Manage Salesforce cases for PSP's and provide timely response to them & raising Service Now tickets after analysing the issue raised by PSP.
What you bring:
- Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement for this role, as the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for fulfilling the responsibility of the position.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge and experience of office tools like MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and is detailed oriented.
- Ability to understand and apply learned concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations.
- Account management is good to have skill as the role involves dealing with partners and customers daily.
