Sales manager responsibilities are as follows:
The development and implementation of a strategic sales plan to increase both the size of our client base and the worldwide reach of the business.
Selecting salespeople, establishing goals for them, coaching and training them, and keeping track of their progress
Develop strategies to identify and address any knowledge gaps the team may have.
Hold daily check-ins with the sales staff to set objectives and track progress to ensure that corporate quotas are fulfilled.
Required Candidate profileBetween the ages of 24 and 40
Eligibility:
Any Graduation
1 to 6 years of field sales and marketing experience is required.
Must have a professional appearance.
Candidates with experience in human resource management will be given preference.
