Your role and responsibilities

Achieving order booking and revenue target for Chennai cluster in the Panel Builder Channel and ensure that overdue is within set limits. Also pushing for successful implementation of the new initiatives announced/ planned by the company
Exploring the market for new business opportunities in Chennai market / product segment in the respective region/ territory
Preparing and sending customer potential list for the assigned region / territory
Maintaining relevant data (vis-à-vis planned v/s actual visits, live enquires, promotional plans, new customers generation and project updates) in the defined template and share with Team Leader on regular basis
Forwarding customer complaints / suggestions to relevant departments for resolution
Visiting channel partners/ panel builders to resolve issues and thereby maintain relationship with channel partners/ panel builders
Ensuring that partners maintain sufficient stock to serve the customers/market
Ensuring strict adherence to ABB policies and guidelines

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience sales, business development, order booking, aligning revenue and collection
  • Working experience in Distribution Relays & MV Switchgear products
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
