Your role and responsibilities

Ensuring coverage of EPAM (Endpoint Privileged Access Management) solution for privileged users
Responsible for implementing and running EPAM services for ABB end users
Managing day-to-day execution of EPAM service operation delivery, escalation and relationship management
Responsible in incident management, service request management and ensuring change governance for EPAM operations
Finding the root cause of incidents (define workarounds, known errors and root cause analysis), following up on fixing root causes by planning problem resolution
Designing and maintaining operational SOP's for EPAM area in line with ABB policy guidance
Driving continual improvements in EPAM services, ensuring governance for service partners running EPAM services as well as ensuring operational, internal and external audit compliances for EPAM services

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience where 5 years in leading technology (E-PAM) operations
  • Experience in IT service management (ITIL 4 a plus) and PAM experience (BeyondTrust/CyberArk preferred) are benefits
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Fluent spoken and written English
