We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

What you'll Do
  • Acting as a liaison for the support sites
  • First point of contact for visitors and vendors, including managing building access and assist local and global teams in information gathering and communicating up to date information.
  • Plan in-house or external events like group events, celebrations and conferences
  • Interfacing with Human Resource and Employee Resource Center team and coordinating Employee Training activities
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Work closely with other EAs and support them in their absence
What you need to succeed
  • 10+ Years of experience as Executive Assistant , supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Outlook and MS tools
  • Experience in Travel management (Domestic, International travel, visas processes, Office and meeting room management, event management and logistics management
