- What you will be doing:
- Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
- Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
- Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
- Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

- Should have an experience 7-9 year in financial services or a related industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a BA and minimum one year as Product Owner (PO).

- Experience on working with Banker & Teller applications
- Experience in working on workflow related applications
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
- Formulates and defines scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of user experience, applicable business systems, and industry requirements.
- Analyzes and documents user and business processes metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases
- Drives iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories
- Establishes story acceptance criteria with the team and owns the team backlog, including refinement and prioritization
- Accepts stories and enablers as done according to acceptance criteria and team's DoD
- Coordination with Product Manager & Development
- Ability to communicate with business and technical teams
- Attendance at all team ceremonies and discussions requiring PO presence
- Desirables:
- Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions as part of project planning
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Plans and participates in user feedback and usability sessions; records output to help drive backlog grooming

- Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
- Ability Identify/document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
- Ability Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
- Certification
- CSPO Certification or Leading SAFe certification is a must.
- Desirable:101 US Banking or any BA related certification.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
