Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring flow and clear communication
    - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
    - Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly
    Team Leadership:
    - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software developers to achieve project goals
    - Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback
    - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
    Recruitment and Hiring:
    - Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for new positions
    - Conduct interviews and assessments
    - Onboard new hires and integrate them effectively into the team
    Client Relationship Management:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
    - Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates
    - Gather and incorporate client feedback to enhance project outcomes

SKILLS

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the software development industry
    - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
    - Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Experience working with international clients
- Previous experience as a developer
